An on-site assessment that confirms how the business operates in reality and checks alignment between documentation and practice.

Gold is the highest level of verification. It confirms that what you document is what you do through onsite observation of operations, environment, and delivery controls.

Stars represent the standard. Gold strengthens verification depth.
